Account deletion request

Users of the Mudrabase Sathi Android app (package com.mudrabase.mysathi) can ask us to delete their account and the personal data stored with it. The account is the WhatsApp number used to sign in. There is no separate password.

Steps to request deletion

  1. Send an email to support@mudrabase.in
  2. Use the subject line Account Deletion Request – Mudrabase Sathi
  3. In the email, write your name and the WhatsApp number you use in the Mudrabase Sathi app
  4. Write that you want the Mudrabase Sathi account and its personal data deleted

Send the email from the address on the account, or include the registered WhatsApp number, so we can match the request to the right person.

Data that is deleted

  • Account profile: name, WhatsApp number, email, city, and referral code
  • KYC: Aadhaar number, PAN, bank account, UPI, and the uploaded Aadhaar, PAN, passbook, and QR files
  • App notification token and notification settings
  • Login codes stored for the WhatsApp sign-in

What is kept, and for how long

Timeline: the account and the personal data listed above are deleted within 7 working days of a complete request. We email you when it is done.

  • Solar customer files, quotations, and payment records that the law, tax, or a government subsidy claim still requires
  • Records needed to resolve a fraud report or an open dispute

Those records are kept only for the period the law requires, then removed. We do not sell account data.
